- All bids are binding.
- Items are sold in "as-is" condition.
- Due to the unique nature of each item, all sales are final.
- The winner will be notified by Starlight. Following notification payment will be deducted from the winner's credit or debit card (all except American Express and Diners). If payment cannot be confirmed within three business days of the auction’s completion, Starlight will offer the item to the next hightest bidder.
- Starlight Children's Foundation reserves the right to ask for a direct transfer of funds into its account before releasing high value goods.
- Buyer acknowledges that Starlight shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages or lost profits (however arising, including negligence) arising out of or in connection with the sale of items on this site.
- Starlight reserves the right to extend or cancel the auction at any time.
- Buyer pays all shipping costs and sales taxes (if any).
- Starlight will ship internationally. All payments must be in pounds Sterling.
- This auction is not available to people under the age of 18.
- The details you submit when placing a bid will only be used for the purpose of contacting you regarding future auctions and regarding Starlight Children's Foundation's news.
