Starlight takes to the skies at Popham 2012

Thirty aircraft, six helicopters, ten hovercraft, Harleys, fast cars, a petting zoo, pony rides, face painting, a magician, Professor Crump the clown, Trigger the Train, a double decker bus, a fire engine and 100+ volunteers all at Popham Airfield in Hampshire and you have the 16th annual Popham Starlight Escape Day! The event is kindly run by Airfield Manager Dick Richardson, his team of volunteers and the team from  Starlight.

This year, Starlight invited the children and their families to film ‘their’ special parts of the day.  These films were then kindly edited together by Koburn Films to create ‘the kids film’. To read the press release, click here.
