Starlight has given me a Charity Place for the Great North Run 2023 and I agree to the following terms and conditions:

I agree to compete solely and fundraise exclusively for Starlight

I accept that the Charity Place is for my sole use only and must not be sold, gifted or transferred to any other party.

I understand that Starlight has paid the Great North Run for my entry and I agree to raise a minimum of £300, which doesn't include a non-refundable deposit of £30.

I agree to send the minimum sponsorship to the charity by 1st of September.

I confirm that, if requested by Starlight, I will produce evidence of the amount of sponsorship I have obtained.

I understand that Starlight may take back the Charity Place allocated to me if Starlight is of the opinion that I will not obtain the minimum amount of sponsorship by the date of the race or for any other reason.

If I am unable to take part, either through injury or for any other reason, I will immediately inform Starlight.
