Children’s Service Relationship Manager

As we continue to develop strategy and build services, relationships with the children, families and health professionals with whom we work have never been more important. We are therefore excited to be recruiting a Children’s Services Relationship Manager who will support us in building and managing those relationships and lead our programme of deepening relationships with health professionals, which will provide a vital link between Starlight and health professionals who benefit from our services.

The main purpose of this role is to form positive and mutually supportive relationships with health professionals, children and families and communities. Through this, you’ll create opportunities for access to Starlight services, including Events and Experiences, and support internal teams in gathering data, insights and case studies to further develop Starlight’s work. This role will work closely with our children’s services delivery team and report directly to the Head of Play. There are currently no line management responsibilities.

Strategy and the Supporter Experience Administrator

At the heart of our strategy is a real focus on building lasting, meaningful, and relevant relationships with all our supporters, demonstrating the importance and value of the contributions that they make. With the fundraising department expanding its reach, this role supports the administrative needs of the whole directorate as well as working closely with other teams, helping us manage our relationships with all our supporters and establish a real supporter-first culture.

You will support the administration needs of the directorate, with a key focus of the role will be supporting Individuals Giving appeals; from handling donations, recording donations on CRM, ensuring appropriate acknowledgements are sent in a timely manner and dealing with other administrative tasks. This is also an opportunity for someone to really make their mark helping to develop the process, structure, and culture which will help to transform our engagement with supporters and build a strong platform for future income growth.

Children’s Services Administrator

As part of our new strategy, we have created a dedicated Service Delivery Team, working alongside our Insight and Impact team as part of the wider Children’s Services department. The team is focused on ensuring the effective running and delivery of all of our services.

The main purpose of this role is to support the Children’s Services Team, to ensure that the application data we hold is reviewed, organised and stored in line with our systems and processes, our CRM data is up to date and accurate, and to provide general administrative support.
