The main purpose of this is to ensure the smooth co-ordination and administration of all Human Resources matters, including managing onboarding, induction and leaver processes and dealing with day to day staffing administration, as well as assisting with policy and process development.
This role will also support the smooth and safe running of our small but busy office, with some health and safety and contract management responsibilities. This role reports directly to the Director of Finance and Resources.
Children’s Services Administrator
The Children’s Services Administrator will support the Children’s Services Team in running and maintaining the systems and processes vital to ensuring the Services we provide run efficiently and effectively.
The main purpose of this role is to support the Children’s Services Team, to ensure that the application data we hold is reviewed, organised and stored in line with our systems and processes, our CRM data is up to date and accurate, and to provide general administrative support as outlined in the job description.
