The Great Wall of China

The Great Wall of China stretches 2,700 miles across mountains, valleys, rivers and plains. In this trip you will hike along the atmospheric, crumbling section at Gubeikou known as the ‘Wild Wall’, trek along restored stretches of the wall, exploring the panoramic views that stretch to distant misty mountains. Away from the wall, you will trek in the Black Dragon Pool Park, a spectacular nature reserve set in a deep valley with waterfalls, towering cliffs and crystal clear pools. On your return, you are left to explore the majestic city of Beijing.

The Three Peaks Challenge

The Three Peaks Challenge takes on the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales all within 48 hours – Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon. The trek covers 40kms and involves 2,984m of ascent and descent.

Duration: 40 km in 48 hours
Date: 24th June, 8th July, 12th August, 16th September

The Inca Trail

Machu Picchu is one of the most iconic sights in South America, and the culmination of this magnificent Inca Trail trek through the Peruvian Andes. You will trek through valleys and high passes, scattered with fascinating Inca ruins. Trekking on Inca-paved paths and steps, the route will take you up through lush cloudforest to the demanding Dead Woman’s Pass (4200m). Continually climbing up or dropping down, the way is steep at times, and the altitude adds to the challenge. You will finally come to the Sun Gate, which overlooks Machu Picchu, where your first magical glimpse provides an unforgettable reward for your efforts.

Permits for the Inca Trail are restricted and must be secured months in advance, so sign up in good time!
