On Sunday 7th July, a charity polo day in aid of Starlight was held at Cirencester Park Polo Club for the final of the Queen Mother Trophy.
Chairman George Hanbury and the Committee were joined by guests including Starlight Co-Founder and actress Emma Samms, impressionist Jon Culshaw and novelist Plum Sykes. The day included a champagne reception, a sit-down lunch and as well as a charity auction. With an excellent view of the game and the grounds of Britain’s oldest polo club, it was a stunning setting for a wonderful day in aid of Starlight’s seriously and terminally ill children.
