Twentieth Century Fox and Starlight were delighted to provide 20 children and their families with a fun Escape in December – a VIP screening of the film Ferdinand at a private cinema in central London.
The children were welcomed to the screening by Captain Starlight who shared their best jokes with the young audience and goofed around with them. Once the children had gleefully helped themselves to the tasty variety of snacks, everyone settled down to watch the film.
Ferdinand tells the story of a giant bull with a big heart. After being mistaken for a dangerous beast, he is captured and torn from his home. Ferdinand proves that you can’t judge a bull by its cover; the children and their families really enjoyed this feel-good film and fell in love with Ferdinand. As they left the cinema, the children were thrilled to receive goodie bags from the Fox team, packed full of gifts for them to enjoy.
Food is always a good follow-on to a film and the families were treated to a wonderful lunch courtesy of Firezza in Soho. Everyone enjoyed the opportunity to relax over delicious pizza, chat about their favourite parts of the film and of course the children delighted in delving into those goodie bags!
