A fun four-legged furball

Nic received a special delivery for his wish – an adorable and completely crazy golden retriever puppy, who he has named Ziggy.

Nic was diagnosed with muscular dystrophy when he was seven years old and now has to rely on a wheelchair to get around. Despite this, Nic has always remained independent and upbeat, and he is always the life and soul of a party.

Nic’s puppy, Ziggy, will keep him company, and when Ziggy is old enough, he will also be trained to help Nic with his day-to-day needs.

His mum said: “Nic has always loved animals, and having his own golden retriever puppy was what he had always wanted. Ziggy is the perfect pet, really well behaved, and the whole family adores him.”
