Charlie Cox came to the public’s attention when played the role of Tristan Thorne in the 2007 movie Stardust.
He made his West End debut in a double bill of Harold Pinter’s The Lover and The Collection at the Comedy Theatre in London, and in the same year played the Duke of Crowborough in the ITV drama series Downton Abbey. He also appeared in Kleist’s The Prince of Homburg, playing the title role, at the Donmar Warehouse in London in 2010.
Charlie helped Starlight grant a very special wish for Chelsie, whose dream was to dance on a West End stage. He and his friends, the Galileans, heard about Chelsie and her wish and decided that they would put on a pantomime in the West End in which Chelsie could dance, and so Cinderella: The Shoe Must Go On! was created.
