The Starlight Shooting Challenge

Starlight is delighted to announce that the Starlight Shooting Challenge is back for its 20^th year at Highclere Castle. 

Generously hosted by Lord and Lady Carnarvon at their home, the backdrop for Downton Abbey, the Starlight Shooting Challenge has raised over £4m since it began.

We welcome teams of 4 guns to enjoy a fun day of shooting across the stunning grounds of the estate. You’ll be in expert hands with Purdey at The Royal Berkshire, who organize all the drives in partnership with Highclere Castle to make for an unforgettable shooting experience

There’s time for food, drink and chance to chat between the drives and you’ll be welcomed back to the Castle for a drinks reception before lunch- on the Highclere lawns if the weather is kind.​ The lunch menu is chosen from the Highclere recipe archive and a seated lunch will take place in the famous Library.
