Meet our incredible #TeamStarlight runners taking on the 2026 TCS London Marathon!

Every one of our charity runners is going the distance to support Starlight Children’s Foundation, helping seriously ill children experience the power of play in hospital.

Each mile they run helps reduce fear, ease loneliness, and bring moments of joy to children receiving medical treatment.

Darren, 29, from Wolverhampton, West Midlands is a Senior Process Engineer, and is fundraising with his friend Jake.

Heidi, 23, is a Yacht Stewardess from Dorset, sailing around the Med!

Alex, 42, lives in the Scottish Borders, and works at Play Scotland.

James, 29, lives in Chatham Kent, and is a Project Manager at TFL.

Lynsey, 43, lives in Mary Tavy, Tavistock, and has a really personal reason to support Starlight.

Father and Daughter team from London, Logan, 59, is a Company Director, and Cassia, 19, is a student at UCL.

Brothers, Charlie, 26, and Tom, 24, from London, have a very personal reason to support Starlight.

Charlie, 32, is a Quantity Surveyor from Ash, Kent.

Chloe, 41, from Crewe in Cheshire, is Head of Marketing at Rymans, one of our major corporate charity partners.

Duncan, 42, is a Site Manager from London.

Edward Ogden

Ed, 44, a Company Director from London, has been supporting Starlight for many years, but caught the running bug after he ran New York in 2024.

George Hewson

George, 31, is an Engineer from London. Due to run with his wife Hannah in 2025 but suffered an injury, he is determined 2026 is his year!

Halle Paredes

Halle, 26, is a TV and Film Finance Recruiter from London, but is truly connected to Starlight with a background and passion for pediatric healthcare ethics.

Henry De Lusignan

Henry, 39, lives in New York. He is running and fundraising with his friend Ed.

Hugo Raggett

Hugo, 24, from London, work at Titan Wealth, one of our major corporate charity partners.

Jake Perks

Jake, 28, is a Painter and Decorator in Wolverhampton, West Mids. Running with his friend Darren, they have had some amazing support from their wives Danni and Jess.

James Unwin

James, 27, from Chatham in Kent, had to pull out of the 2025 event, and is carefully training to complete the 2026 run!

Jay, 43, from London is Head of Change Management and Securities Clearing at London Stock Exchange.

Jennifer, 45, from Falconwood in Kent is a waitress at her local Harvester and is organising lots of events at the restaurant.

Luke, 34, from Belfast, runs his own company Sportstopia, bringing sport to young people in schools around Ireland.

Lynsay, 36, is a Personal Trainer from Glasgow.

Millie Mahboubian

Millie, 19, is a Marketing Assistant from London.

Oliver Jarvis

Ollie, 42, from London, is a Commercial Director at Make one London.

Oliver MacIntyre

Ollie, 31, from London work in Logistics at Amazon, who are incredible supporters of Starlight.

Sahil, 23, from Birmingham is self employed in his family business of Self Storage.

Shane Smith-Bassett

Shane, 39, known as Patch to his friends lives in Keele, Staffordshire. He is a mature medical student and runs a Medics Company.

Shelley Jackman

Shelley, from Marlow, Buckinghamshire, works in Pharmaceutical Marketing. Shelly is running with a Ballot Place, and raising as much as she can for Starlight.

Sunil Sharda

Sunil, 42, is a Finance Partner in London. Part of the family, Sunil's partner works at Starlight organising family support and training.

Thibault Schrepel

Thibault lives in Amsterdam, and is a Ballot Place Runner. He learned about Starlight and as a father, our work really resonated with him.
