That's exactly what the fantastic Family First Nurseries staff did over on Saturday 16th of March to raise funds for us. A whopping 88 nurseries came together in a grand celebration for their Spring Playdate Charity event and raised £15,135 - an incredible turnout!
The funds raised will directly support our mission to alleviate the fear, pain, and trauma children face during treatment and recovery.
The nursery staff went above and beyond, showing off their baking talents, putting on bunny costumes, and even braving pie-throwing contests.
The activities ranged from ‘Dress Bright for Starlight' and baby photo contests to sponsored bike rides and even a ‘Name the Cow’ challenge.
There was something for everyone to enjoy, adults and children alike.
Family First Nurseries also ran a competition for the nurseries during the fundraiser. Here are the winners!
