Betsabeh Solente, a global marketer, joins the Board of Trustees. Her experience in building world class brands and especially driving brand relevance for children and parents is of particular importance as Starlight plans for growth in awareness, reach and engagement.

Equally important is her experience of digital transformation and building digital centric cultures.

She currently holds the position of non-executive director at Toms Gruppen, Denmark’s largest producer of sweets and chocolates.

Her career also spans extensive Corporate Social Responsibility experience including launching the successful partnership programme of Kellogg’s Australia with Kids Helpline, a charity providing counselling services. The partnership supported awareness raising, fundraising and collaborations with celebrity ambassadors, which resulted in several successful years of commitment.

I cannot wait to bring my experience and expertise to the board and leadership team.”
